What are the shipping cost?

How long does shipping take?

Items Are Shipped Tuesday - Friday only.  Orders must be received the day before Tuesday or Friday in order for it to be shipped on those days.

Please Allow For Another 3-7 Days to Receive Your Gift Box!

All Gift Boxes Are Sent VIA UPS, USPS or FEDEX.  Shipping Is Included.

Journals, T-Shirts, Mugs, Jewelry & Home-goods

These items are shipped VIA USPS First Class Mail and may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Some  of these items ship directly from our manufacturer and are made to order. Please refer to the product listing for more specific information about shipping.

Do Offer Corporate Gift Boxes For Employees?

Absolutely, we offer corporate gift boxes for your employees as welcome gifts, birthday gifts, employee celebrations, Christmas, onboarding etc. We can ship it as a bulk order to your company or we can even ship each box individually to the employees home. What is your return policy?

We do not offer any refunds or returns on our gourmet gift boxes due to the nature of the item. All Sales Are Final. However, if you have received the incorrect item, please email us at info@heyyougiftbox.com

We cannot be held responsible for any damaged gift boxes. We do our absolute best to secure all gift boxes to ensure that it arrives in top notch condition and cannot control the delivery mail process.

My gift box arrived damage

If your item is received damage, please contact us at info@heyyougiftbox.com within 24 hours, with pictures and we will be sure to assist you. Please title the subject DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED.

What Happens If The Item Is Undeliverable or Unclaimed?

If an item is undeliverable or unclaimed and it is returned to our business, we will issue you a refund less 15% of the purchase cost of the product as a handling fee.

If you would like the item to be reshipped you will have to purchase standard shipping of $10.99.  We will send you an invoice for this payment, once this has been satisfied we will gladly reship your item. Please contact us for more information.

Do you Ship To Businesses, Hospitals, Dorm Rooms & Apartments?

Sure! Yes we ship to businesses, hospitals, dorm rooms and apartments. However, we will not be held liable for packages that are not delivered to the recipient.

Often times, when packages are delivered to businesses, hospitals, dorm rooms and apartments, the packages are left at the front desk and then delivered to the recipient by a staff member or left for pick up by the recipient.

Hey You Gift Box will not be held liable for any packages that did not make it to their final destination after it has been delivered to the address given to us at check out.

Do you try all of your gourmet treats?

Absolutely! All of our gourmet treats have been tested and tried by us. All of our treats are fresh and have not expired and are truly gourmet!

Does your Biscotti contain nuts?

Our Biscottis are twice baked and baked in a bakery in small batches that handles nuts. They are rich in taste and super delicious! We pride ourselves in our Gourmet Biscottis! Some of our Biscottis does include nuts.

Are your gift boxes handmade or mass produced?

No way! All of our gift boxes are handcrafted by us! We absolutely do not carry any mass manufactured gift boxes.
